  1. Todo equipamento mecânico necessita de cuidados para que possa funcionar satisfatoriamente.
  2. Sempre que passear em locais com lama, maresia (praia), ou chuva forte é necessário limpar sua bicicleta e relubrificar a corrente.
  3. Nunca lave a bicicleta com querosene ou outro solvente, que podem penetrar, retirando a graxa interna dos rolamentos.
  4. Nunca usar óleo de cozinha (comestível ) na bicicleta: em hipótese alguma. Não exagere na quantidade do óleo lubrificante (Singer) na corrente - é prejudicial.
